  • Mix tuna and mayo; spoon into 2 airtight containers.
  • Wrap 7 crackers in plastic wrap; repeat with remaining crackers. Place in containers next to tuna; cover containers with lids.
  • Pack 1 container in each of 2 insulated lunch bags. Add plastic spoon and small resealable plastic bag filled with 5 carrot sticks to each bag.

Make Ahead

If preparing the night before, refrigerate until ready to pack in the lunch bag.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a bottle of water, apple and 4-oz. container of low-fat yogurt.

Substitute

Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing for the mayo.

MAde this recipe however I add different spices to mine, and I don't use the half fat or reduced fat, especially if I'm giving it to my kids. At this point they need all the extra. I have busy people, and If I'm going to eat it I just take a little bit less. Also if you sub a mashed avocado for the mayo it also tastes amazing!!!

I don't really like mayo so I substitute it with Kraft's light done right ranch dressing and it's so good. It gives it a little extra something! :o ) Plus there's only 4.5 grams of fat in 2 tbsps of their ranch dressing, so it's much better for you than mayonaise.
