MAde this recipe however I add different spices to mine, and I don't use the half fat or reduced fat, especially if I'm giving it to my kids. At this point they need all the extra. I have busy people, and If I'm going to eat it I just take a little bit less. Also if you sub a mashed avocado for the mayo it also tastes amazing!!!
This is a good lunch idea. I'm normally not a big fan of Triscuits, but the texture went really well with the tuna.
I gave this to my daughter for school and she loved it. I am going to try it with different crackers.
