Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and very good! Easy and very good! Great for a simple make ahead meal. Nice for summertime either for lunch or a light dinner. Would also be great to take to a picnic. I made this and had it in the fridge ready when we came back from a day at the pool. It was great and we had watermelon for dessert. Perfect light summer meal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a tried and true old fashioned favorite from my childhood. This is a tried and true old fashioned favorite from my childhood. I'd forgotten how good it was and much better than the traditional macaroni salad. I had to make it again two days later. Very simple to make and I even threw in some shredded cheddar to change it up a little.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I live overseas so finding ingredients is always a concern. I live overseas so finding ingredients is always a concern. I took this to an Easter dinner and it was a hit. Very easy to make. I also used Miracle Whip instead of just mayo and it gave it a nice tangy flavor. Next time I will add eggs. I will definitely do again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have been making this for years! I have been making this for years! I got a similar recipe off an elbow macaroni box. I add a tablespoon of lemon juice to mine, some celery and a sliced up hard boiled eggs. My family goes crazy for this stuff and no matter how much I make, it always disappears fast!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everyone enjoyed this pasta salad. Everyone enjoyed this pasta salad. I made it pretty much as the recipe called for with a couple of exceptions. I used regular mayo and I added some cheddar cheese cubes. Very good and I will be making it again tonight.

Keeping the peas frozen straight from freezer and using egg noodles (ran under cold water) made it cold already so refrigeration was needed to make it cold! Celery is great with it too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this recipe. I love this recipe. Instead of making pasta salad from a box, this is much healthier. I added more mayo for a creamier salad. I will definately make this again.
