  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add tuna; cook 2 min. on each side. Add salsa. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 to 6 min. or until tuna flakes easily with fork.
  • Meanwhile, bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add rice, corn and cilantro; cover. Cook 5 min. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. Serve tuna and sauce over rice mixture.
