I made this today-it is delicious! I used a light asian sesame dressing from Kraft instead cause I couldn't find the one called for. I ate about 1/2 of it and realized I had pita pockets! The other half fit into 1/2 a pita pocket perfectly and was even more delicious! I will make this again tomorrow for lunch. It's extremely filling as well, which is nice for a salad. Use a light dressing to cut most of the fat and calories out of it as well and it's almost guilt free!
Excellent lunch recipe easy to put into a container and off to work, delicious meal.
