I loved this recipe although I don't like relish. I left it out and it was still delicious and my husband loved it. I am very happy with the results. I also liked the apples and carrots with milk idea.
really did not like it hot... might try again with it cold.
Quick and easy especially served cold on whole wheat english muffins.
