What You Need

bottle  (1 oz.) paprika

Tbsp.  granulated sugar

Tbsp.  brown sugar
2
Tbsp.  ground cumin
2
Tbsp.  chili powder
2
Tbsp.  salt
2
Tbsp.  freshly ground black pepper
1
Tbsp.  ground red pepper (cayenne)
1
 BUTTERBALL® Frozen Whole Turkey (10 lb.), thawed

Make It

MIX paprika, sugars and seasonings until well blended.

RINSE turkey with cold water; pat dry. Rub seasoning mixture evenly onto turkey. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

BAKE turkey as directed on package.
