Because of the variations in sizes and shapes, the easiest way to ensure that the turkey and stuffing are done is to check the temperatures - both should have an internal temperature of 165ºF. Simply insert the thermometer into the center of the stuffing or thickest part of the turkey breast, avoiding any bones.

Seriously? Did anyone actually need a recipe to know how to read the instructions on a box of stuffing mix and open a jar of pre-made gravy? This is not a recipe, it's menu planning, and hardly up to Kraft Recipe standards.
This tasted so bad. The jarred gravy is horrible. Will never make again.
Very simple and good. I bought a boneless turkey breast by accident. It would have been better with a bone-in turkey breast.
