  • Top lettuce with remaining ingredients; roll up tightly.

Special Equipment Needed

Fun Idea

Create an edible salad bowl. Omit 1 of the lettuce leaves. Chop the bacon, turkey, avocados and tomatoes; place in center of remaining lettuce leaf. Drizzle with dressing.

Make it Easy

With knife, remove bottom-most part of the center rib from each lettuce leaf. Place remaining ingredients in centers of leaves; fold in sides of lettuce leaves, then roll up.

Wraps can be secured with toothpicks, if desired. Discard before serving.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is an excellent recipe! This is an excellent recipe! So good that we ate it two nights in a row! My husband drizzled his wraps with blue cheese, but I dipped mine in caesar dressing. The turkey bacon is very tasty with no grease!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So simple and yummy! So simple and yummy! Made them for my weekly Scrabble night and the girls loved them. Used light ranch instead of the blue cheese. Always have those ingredients on hand so can make them any time.
