Prepare as directed, shaping meat mixture into 2 loaves. Place loaves, side by side, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour and 25 min. or meatloaves are until done (165°F). Refrigerate any leftover meatloaf, then slice and use to make sandwiches.
