  • Prepare stuffing as directed on package; cool 5 min. Shape into 6 oval-shaped mounds. Place in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray; flatten with back of spatula to 1/2-inch thickness. Cook 3 min. or until lightly browned on both sides, turning after 2 min. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Spray same skillet with additional cooking spray. Add turkey; cook 30 sec. or until heated through. Meanwhile, cook gravy in saucepan on medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Place 1 stuffing mound on each of 6 plates; top with cranberry slices and turkey. Drizzle with gravy.
