I use regular strawberry preserves with this, and it's really good. Definitely a great quick lunch option.
wow, i was a little skeptical trying this at frist, but i love to try new things so i went ahead, and i absolutly loved it! the only change i made was that i used an english muffin insted of the whole wheat bread and i used red delishious apple insted of granny smith, a great recipe though!
I would have never thought to put all of these ingredients together but I did and it made for a great and different lunch! Loved the crunch of the apple and the jam tasted great with the turkey.
