We made this last night, it was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to eat leftovers!
I did add some green peppers, and it turned out pretty well. I'm thinking next time, we'll add Rotel, mushrooms, and green peppers.
Only thing, make sure you drain the meat mix really well before putting it in the pie crust, and don't over stuff it!
This was delicious! I added frozen corn because I had extra- you could really add any veggies. I thought this might be bland but it was tasty and my husband went back for seconds!
