  • Toss grapes, oranges and almonds with dressing.
  • Remove soft centers from bottom halves of rolls, leaving each with a 1/2-inch-thick shell. Fill with fruit mixture.
  • Cover with turkey, lettuce and top halves of rolls.

Substitute

Substitute OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Brown Sugar or Smoked Ham for the turkey.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 cup sliced strawberries or drained pineapple tidbits to the fruit mixture before spooning into bread shells.

Variation

For refreshing breadless sandwiches, prepare as directed omitting kaiser rolls. Top large lettuce leaves with the turkey slices and fruit mixture; roll up.

    I made this using Hawaiian sweet rolls, poppy seed, provolone and Ham. I toasted the rolls after assembling them. I left off the fruit and veggies! Very easy and about the most amazing thing to eat!

    What a wake-up from the boring everyday turkey sandwich!

    A Phenominal sandwhich! I added a slice of green apple and red onion. Then I sprinkled fresh shredded parmesan cheese which really complimented the flavor. This sandwhich is lite, but packs a lot of flavor. Wonderful lunch or brunch item during the summer time. Will definitely try again!
