  • Whisk in flour until blended. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients; cook and stir on medium-low heat 5 min. or until thickened. (Do not boil.)

    I would probably cut back a little on the mustard it seemed to overpower the yummy turkey flavoring.

    Absolutely wonderful. Everyone loved it. I make this gravy every year.

    I made this as an alternative to the store bought gravy I had in case this didnt work. I couldnt get it to get thick at all. No matter how long I let it simmer for it never thickened. So finally I brought it to the table and everyone enjoyed the flavor immensely. I also only used 4 tablespoons of dijon mustard. Which was plenty to us.
