I couldnt get it to get thick at all. No matter how long I let it simmer for it never thickened. So finally I brought it to the table and everyone enjoyed the flavor immensely. I also only used 4 tablespoons of dijon mustard. Which was plenty to us.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No one liked this one. No one liked this one. The taste of Dijon is very strong so I won't be making this one. I had to quickly make another batch of gravy and by then it was too late, this had left a heavy Dijon mustard taste in everyone's mouth so beware! This has a strong Dijon after taste!
