  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine bread crumbs and milk in medium bowl; let stand 5 min.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except shredded cheese and 1 Tbsp. parsley; mix just until blended.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Shape turkey mixture into 4 small loaves; place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until done (160ºF), topping with shredded cheese for last 5 min. Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
