Turkey-Peppercorn Ranch Bites

Such a great flavor combo! I don’t use the pepper ranch, I use original. Always a hit! Always gone at the end of the night!

I though these were just OK. I made them for a guys party that my husband was having and only about half (of a single batch) got eaten.

This is really simple and really good. I add shredded lettuce and 2% Shredded Cheese. And if my husband will be eating them I also alternate putting the pickles on with jalepenos. But when using pickles, I wait til the last minute to put them on or just put them in a bowl on the side b/c they tend to make the wraps wet.

I made this for a meeting of our neighborhood association and it was a very huge success. I also made some with Oscar Mayer Deli Ham slices...very good also. Thank you for the recipe!

These are so very easy to make and they disappeared; I had doubled the recipe, too.

Added ham to it also...got rave reviews at a baby shower...will do again...super easy!

I made double the recipe to serve as appetizers at a party. The ranch/cheese spread tasted far too much like mayonnaise and was overpoweringly strong. There was nothing to counteract that taste because the tortilla and turkey are so bland. Also, they were very messy to make because the turkey and spread get pushed out the top of tortilla as you roll them. All things considered, I will not make this recipe again.

just a little hint for the person who omitted the pickle because of the juice, next time just let them set on a paper towel for just a few seconds and that will dry them enough so they dont spoil the tortila

I made this the night before the party and put it on a bed of lettuce and whole peppercorns. I omitted the pickle because the juice would run into the tortilla. It worked out good without the pickle.

Very strong ranch taste, good for just eating a couple, not any more than that!
