SPREAD
cut sides of bagel with dressing.
FILL
with remaining ingredients.

sounds great!!.. but i was thinking about add some chicken breast(fry the chicken breast on a pan with a little vegetable oil, salt, black pepper and garlic salt) in the sandwich... it could be the perfect sandwich ever!!.....

Very yummy! I put a slice of fat free cheese on mine. I opted for a larger 300 calorie bagel, plus the cheese and the other ingredients, mine came out to be 380 calories. Still not bad!
