  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add carrots and onions; cook 5 min. or until onions are lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  • Add sauerkraut, apple juice, sugar and mustard; mix well.
  • Top with sausage; bring to boil. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until heated through.

Substitute

Prepare using 1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Natural Uncured Beef Sausage.

VERY SIMPLE!!! The Oscar Meyer turkey Polska Kielbasa was very flavorful!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was good. This was good. I used lite kielbasa instead of turkey kielbasa, and cider instead of juice. Then I found out I was out of dijon mustard, so I used regular mustard and a little squirt of horseradish sauce. I will definitely make this again!
