  • Cook and stir turkey in nonstick skillet until no longer pink, stirring to break up turkey. Add seasoning mix and water; bring to boil. Cook on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Stir in beans; cook an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly and mashing beans slightly with fork. Stir in 1/4 cup of the cheese.
  • Spoon into serving bowl. Top with remaining cheese and tomato. Serve as a dip with crackers.

    Was easy. I ate with Tortilla chips and was still yummy, but they broke due to the heavy dip. Make sure the turkey is in crumbles so that it is easier to dip.

    I made this for a girls only night and it was incredible. Everyone immediately asked for the recipe. We were "bad" and topped the dip with sour cream as well as the tomato and cheese. I've also made this as a dinner by doubling the turkey and serving it over rice.
