We made this the day after Thanksgiving and it was REALLY GOOD!!! we used broccoli without stems instead of peas and used extra mushrooms and it was soooo good!!! We could not find the white cheddar so we used the regular cheddar with broccoli and cheese sauce!!You gotta try!!
