So nice and easy! Make ahead and serve later! It's a light meal served great in the summer!
I used what I had on hand and made a few changes. I only had 3 tortillas, so I made it 2 layers instead of 3. On the first layer I put Miracle Whip, then turkey and cheddar cheese. I topped it with a plain tortilla and topped that with shredded carrot, sliced black olives and diced red onion. The top tortilla had Dijon mustard. Came out great and I plan to make this again using different varieties of vegetables/cheeses.
