Turkey Vegetable Burgers

These ground turkey burgers get a tasty start with shredded carrots and zucchini—but it's the tangy dressing and mustard that give them extra-zingy flavor.

What You Need

1/2
lb.  ground turkey
1/4
cup  shredded carrots
1/4
cup  shredded zucchini
1
Tbsp.  MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1
tsp.  GREY POUPON Harvest Coarse Ground Mustard
2
 hamburger buns
2
 lettuce leaves
2
 tomato slices
2
 KRAFT 2% Milk Singles

Make It

HEAT broiler.

COMBINE first 3 ingredients; shape into 2 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

BROIL, 4 inches from heat, 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (165°F).

MIX dressing and mustard until blended; spread onto cut sides of buns. Fill with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and 2% Milk Singles.

Special Extra
Add 1/4 tsp. minced garlic and dash of ground pepper to turkey mixture before shaping into patties.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
