What You Need

can  (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped

 red pepper, chopped

 cucumber, chopped

cup  stuffed green olives, chopped
1/3
cup  KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing

 focaccia bread (10 inch), split
1-1/2
pkg.  (9 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Make It

COMBINE first 5 ingredients.

FILL bread halves with layers of half the turkey, vegetable mixture, remaining turkey and cheese.

Take Along
These make great take-along sandwiches. To avoid soggy sandwiches, assemble the sandwiches at the picnic site just before serving. Pack the pre-made vegetable filling, bread and turkey in separate containers and transport them in a cooler.
