    Made this for my 13yo son and I today for lunch. I made these as wraps since I didn't have any pita bread. Since my son doesn't like mayo, so I used mustard on his, and I used avacado spread on mine.My son ate 2 of these and wants me to make them more often. This was a great crunhy wrap!

    I loved this recipe. Instead of using deli meat, I used roasted turkey breast with out the skin. And I also added slices of avocado along with the red pepper. It was a superb twist to the original recipe. Give this to your teenage or young children for a healthy afterschool snack. They're sure to love it.
