For extra crunch, add 2 Tbsp. chopped toasted PLANTERS Walnuts to the chilled fruit mixture before spooning onto lettuce leaves as directed.
Prepare as directed, using one of the following flavor options: Turkey Waldorf Sandwiches: Substitute 4 toasted slices cinnamon-raisin bread for 2 of the lettuce leaves. Open-Face Turkey Waldorf Sandwiches: Substitute 2 toasted slices cinnamon-raisin bread for 2 of the lettuce leaves. Cover toast slices with lettuce; top with turkey and chilled fruit mixture. Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon. Makes 2 servings, one open-face sandwich each.

I was worried this would be too sweet, but it was good. The salt from the turkey cut the sweet very well. This was a fun lunch at the pool!
