My husband is a big arugula fan, and this recipe is different from the run-of-the-mill green salads that we have too often. We'll make this again!

What You Need

cups   cubed Italian bread, toasted

cups  torn arugula
2
 tomatoes, chopped, seeded
1
cup  chopped cucumbers
1/2
cup  KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3/4
cup  KRAFT Italian Dressing

Make It

COMBINE all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.

ADD dressing just before serving; toss to coat.
