Tuscan Chicken & Vegetables

Vegetables and bite-size chicken chunks come out tender and juicy in this quick skillet-cooked dish. Italian dressing gives it Tuscan flair.

What You Need

1/4
cup  KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing, divided
1
lb.   (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1
 onion, sliced
1
 green pepper, cut into strips
1
cup  cherry tomatoes
1
cup  KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend

Make It

HEAT 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD remaining dressing, onions and peppers to skillet; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add chicken and tomatoes; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until heated through.

TOP with cheese.
