I doubled the sauce, doubled the red peppers and sautéed the red peppers.
We all get to pick one dinner to add to our menu board every week and my 5 year old picked this one (while looking through my kraft magazine).
Overall very good and a big hit with my girls! I was surprised that they didn't suggest some sort of seasoning on the chicken (I added salt and pepper). Easy to make and the taste was nice. I did double the "sauce". Will add this to the list of ones to make again.
