 tomato, coarsely chopped

Tbsp.  chopped fresh basil

Tbsp.  balsamic vinegar

 frozen BOCA All American Flamed Grilled Veggie Burgers
2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

cups  torn salad greens

Make It

COMBINE tomatoes, basil and vinegar.

COOK burgers as directed on package; top with cheese. Cover; cook 1 min. or until cheese is melted.

PLACE salad greens on 2 plates; top with cheeseburgers and tomato mixture.

Season salad greens with salt and pepper to taste.
Variation
Fill 2 split French bread rolls or other hearty sandwich rolls with greens, cheeseburgers and tomato mixture.
How to Chop Fresh Herbs
Chop large-leafed herbs, such as basil, by rolling the leaves up lengthwise, then cutting them crosswise into thin slices. Then, chop to desired size.
