Tuscan Turkey Meatballs

Parmesan-coated turkey meatballs are baked to perfection and served on a bed of hot spaghetti in this Tuscan-inspired dish.

What You Need

pkg.  (16 oz.) thawed frozen LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/3
cup  KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
2
 green onions, sliced

Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2
tsp.  paprika

cups  spaghetti sauce
1/2
lb.  spaghetti, uncooked

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

MIX turkey, mozzarella, dressing and onions just until blended; shape into 16 meatballs, each about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.

COMBINE Parmesan and paprika in pie plate. Add meatballs, 1 at a time; roll to evenly coat. Place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 15 to 18 min. or done (165°F). Meanwhile, warm spaghetti sauce, and cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

DRAIN spaghetti. Serve topped with meatballs and sauce.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Variation
Prepare as directed, omitting the spaghetti and shaping the turkey mixture into 32 small meatballs. Bake as directed, reducing the baking time as necessary until meatballs are done. Serve with warmed spaghetti sauce for a great party appetizer.
