This is a quick, easy, and tasty recipe. I did substitute whole wheat tortillas for the flour ones to make it healthier. No one in my family are spinach fans but when it is incorporated into a wrap like this we all ate it with no complaining.
I will definately make this again and add other veggies to it such as shredded carrots. This is a keeper!
