Note

We really love this recipe which was originally developed using our recently discontinued FRESH TAKE Cheese Bread Crumb Mix. We revised it to use KRAFT Shredded Cheese, SHAKE 'N BAKE Coating Mix and seasonings. Our Kraft Kitchens team has developed substitutions for the entire FRESH TAKE lineup so that you can continue to enjoy the great taste of these products. My daughter and I made these potatoes for Easter 2013. These Kraft Fresh Take Bacon and Cheddar breadcrumb mix twice baked cheesy potatoes are fun and easy to make. My daughter agrees. We also added turkey bacon to the mix of our potatoes. When we both took a first bite of theese twice baked potatoes the taste was delicious and delightful. We can't wait to make these twice baked potatoes again. Heres a tip add crumbled bacon or turkey bacon to the mix of your (next) kraft twice baked potatoes.

Why isn't anyone cooking the potatoes in the microwave first. It sure cuts the time down alot if you get them done in the microwave then once you mix up put them in the oven for 25-30min.
