HEAT oven to 375ºF.
UNROLL crescent roll dough; separate into triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise in half; spread with mustard. Cut each wiener lengthwise in half, then cut each piece crosswise in half.
PLACE 1-1/2 tsp. cheese on short end of each dough triangle; top with wiener piece. Roll up; place, seam sides down, on baking sheet.
BAKE 10 to 13 min. or until crescents are golden brown. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients.
SERVE wiener wraps with chili sauce mixture.
