Great way to serve mini portion of nachos. Filled cups only then had cheese sauce for them to add their own. Kept chips from getting soggy. Only problem is not enough chips (for me at least) and ended up going back two or three more times. Not that that was a bad thing. Great idea and simple way to give to kids who probably won't eat a "portion" on a plate. Made clean up super simple after party, too!

In theory this sounded good, but the cheese all pooled at the bottom of the cup, the chips got soggy, and all of the moisture from the combined ingredients made the paper cups soggy as well. Everyone needed spoons to eat these and wanted to wash their hands immediately afterwards.. Not the best snack food I've ever brought to a party.
