Two-Ingredient White Chocolate Mousse Recipe

What You Need

1-1/2

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S White Chocolate (6 oz.), broken into pieces

1-1/2

cups whipping cream, divided

Make It

MICROWAVE chocolate and 1/4 cup cream in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Cool 20 min. or until at room temperature, stirring occasionally.

BEAT remaining cream in medium bowl with mixer until soft peaks form. (Do not overbeat.) Add half the whipped cream to chocolate mixture; stir with whisk until well blended. Stir in remaining whipped cream. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.

REFRIGERATE 2 hours

I made this with Nutella instead of white chocolate and it is excellent!!! I can't wait to try it with other flavors!!!

alone this recipe is lacking something, you really need either fruit, cheesecake or chocolate to go with it. I broke up chocolate covered graham crackers and topped with strawberries. It was very good and my kids aproved.

I used the mousse recipe to top my 8 inch baked cheese cake, I served with sweetened strawberries. The mousse added height to my already tall cheesecake and it was exquisite. People could't beleive it made it Double heaven in a pan!

can use less white chocolate. too sweet if six ounces are used. can it be made with cool whip for healthier version?? i luved the taste of it when i used about 4 /1/2 ounces of it!
