Recipe is super easy! Instead of lining pan with foil -- I used an 8x8 foil pan.
Definitely a keeper -- once chocolate out of microwave - sets up quick -- so best you move quickly as well. Get your bowls and utensils to soaking in hot water for ease in cleaning.
I had an old tried and true fudge recipe that I used for years...until now! I made this recipe for the first time this past week and it's all been devoured. I made a slight change to the recipe. Instead of using broken pieces of peppermint candy, I substituted a layer of Andes Pepppermint Baking Chips, and it gave the fudge a wonderful creamy mint flavor. This is now one of our family's favorite goodies.
