Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING! AMAZING! I love love love this recipe! The consistency and the taste were definitely 5 star for the time it took me and the difficulty level. I didn't have any problems with the chocolate hardening and I added red food coloring to the white chocolate to make valentines day fudge. No one (unless they make fudge a lot) would be able to tell that this was a cheaters way of doing fudge! Great taste, and very simple I will definitely do this one again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had an old tried and true fudge recipe that I used for years...until now! I had an old tried and true fudge recipe that I used for years...until now! I made this recipe for the first time this past week and it's all been devoured. I made a slight change to the recipe. Instead of using broken pieces of peppermint candy, I substituted a layer of Andes Pepppermint Baking Chips, and it gave the fudge a wonderful creamy mint flavor. This is now one of our family's favorite goodies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! WOW!! This recipie is great!!! The fudge is decadent and so easy to make. Most fudge recipies need a candy thermometer (which is hard to find around the holidays) and there is a 50/50 chance I will mess them up but this one is fool proof. Using the Bakers chocolate squares makes it a snap, my son even helped!! My family is begging me to make this one again!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this yesterday for a class that I had to do. I made this yesterday for a class that I had to do. It was very quick and easy, and it was a smashing hit! Everyone wanted to try it. The thing that I didn't like so much was the walnuts, but that's just because I don't like nuts in fudge and brownies. This is an awsome recipe!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recipe is super easy! Recipe is super easy! Instead of lining pan with foil -- I used an 8x8 foil pan. Definitely a keeper -- once chocolate out of microwave - sets up quick -- so best you move quickly as well. Get your bowls and utensils to soaking in hot water for ease in cleaning.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very easy and very good. This was very easy and very good. I put a couple drops of yellow food coloring in the white chocolate and put black "P"s on the top for Purdue tailgating. They were a hit! Cut them small though because they are very sweet .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was easy and delicious. This recipe was easy and delicious. But make sure to have everything ready before you start! The fudge starts firming as soon as it's out of the microwave! And it is quite sweet so cut those pieces pretty small.
