  • Mix cream and corn syrup in small microwaveable measuring cup or bowl
  • Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until mixture just comes to boil. Add chocolate; stir. Microwave on MEDIUM 30 sec. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
  • Serve warm drizzled over your favorite dessert.

Variation

Substitute canned evaporated milk for the light cream and/or honey for the corn syrup.
