Two-Minute Chocolate Sauce for Two

Need a quick chocolate sauce for a dessert for two? How about this easy 2-minute version—made with light cream, corn syrup and yummy chocolate?

1/4 cup or 2 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.

What You Need

Tbsp.  light cream
2
tsp.  light corn syrup
3
 peaks (1/4 of 3.52-oz. pkg.) TOBLERONE Swiss Dark or Milk Chocolate with Honey and Almond Nougat, finely chopped

Make It

MIX cream and corn syrup in small microwaveable measuring cup or bowl

MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 sec. or until mixture just comes to boil. Add chocolate; stir. Microwave on MEDIUM 30 sec. or until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.

SERVE warm drizzled over your favorite dessert.

Size Wise
Enjoy your favorite foods on occasion, but keep portion size in mind. A serving of this decadent sauce is 2 Tbsp.
Variation
Substitute canned evaporated milk for the light cream and/or honey for the corn syrup.
Serving Suggestion
This sauce is delicious served over scoops of vanilla ice cream or poached pears. Or, serve warm as a fondue with dippers such as strawberries, apple or pear slices, banana chunks, angel food or pound cake cubes or assorted cookies.
