LOVE THIS RECIPE!! My kids hate mustard, yet they loved this fish! There were no leftovers, even though I made extra, it was that good!

What You Need

2
Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
2
tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2
 salmon fillets (1/2 lb.)

tsp. oil

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

MIX syrup and mustard.

BRUSH fish with oil; grill 4 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with mustard mixture.

Special Extra
Add several dashes of ground red pepper (cayenne) to mustard mixture before brushing onto fish.
