What You Need

cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce

1/2

cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

small cloves garlic, minced

tsp. dried oregano leaves

beef rib-eye steaks (1 lb.)

Make It

step 1

MIX all ingredients except steaks; reserve 1/4 cup. Pour remaining steak sauce mixture over steaks in baking dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steak with sauce. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

step 2

HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Remove steaks with marinade; discard marinade.

step 3

GRILL steaks 4 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Cut steaks in half; serve topped with reserved sauce.

Make Ahead

Place steaks in large freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; seal bag. Freeze up to 2 months. Thaw in refrigerator, then cook as desired. The meat marinates as it thaws.

I made this marinade up for some pork steaks, and saved myself a bunch of money, because of the price difference in beef and pork. Tasted just like a pricey cut of beef.

Was quite quick and easy to make and I LOVED it! Some people might like steak without sauce (and so do I) but I really thought the marinade and the sauce poured over the finished product was very flavorful and had "character". We had this steak (sirloin instead of rib-eye 'cause that wan't available at our lovsl supermarket) with Kraft's Zesty Grilled Vegetables along with my wife's potato salad and it all made a fine meal.

This marinade was so yummy! I use it on all different kinds of steaks, not just ribeye. marinated a couple hours instead of 30 minutes, turning once.

I also used italian seasoning and it turned out fine. This is an excellent marinade. I marinade the steaks overnight.

This recipe was delicious!I followed other suggestions and used less balsamic vinagrette. We let ours marinate for longer and fried it up on the stove since it's way too cold and snowy out here to grill. We cooked the steaks right in the marinade and added some water. After the steaks were done we poured some of the leftover sauce in another frying pan and sauteed some mushrooms in it. Turned out great!

Wonderful! Just loved the flavor this gave to the meat and the balsamic vinegar just made the steak so tender it would just fall apart! My husband wasn't to into it , he prefers to taste just meat.
