  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Spoon 1 heaping Tbsp. cheese onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spread to flatten into single layer. Repeat with remaining cheese to make 5 additional rounds.
  • Bake 6 min. or until golden brown. Cool 2 min. Remove cheese crisps from baking sheet to wire rack; cool completely.
  • Spread mushrooms onto same baking sheet; drizzle with soy sauce. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until lightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, mix meat and bouillon just until blended; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Cook in skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F).
  • Place burgers on bottom halves of rolls; top with cheese crisps, mushrooms and ketchup. Cover with tops of rolls.

Use ground beef within 2 days of purchasing, or freeze for longer storage. To thaw ground beef, place on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator on a plate to catch any juices. Once thawed, cook within 1 to 2 days. To thaw more quickly, use your microwave's DEFROST function or seal the meat in a resealable plastic bag and submerge in cold water, changing water every 30 min. until thawed. Meat thawed in the microwave or using water should be cooked immediately.
