Uncle George's Easy Greek Spinach Dip

Take it from Uncle George: The best Greek spinach dip is also the easiest, made with just four ingredients and a little freshly chopped dill.

2 cups dip or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip, 16 crackers and 1/4 cup vegetables each

What You Need

pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1
pkg.  (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
1
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2
tsp.  chopped fresh dill
1
Tbsp.  KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
 Thin wheat snack crackers
 Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, red and green peppers)

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX first 4 ingredients.

SPOON into shallow baking dish; drizzle with dressing.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until heated through. Serve with crackers and vegetable dippers.

Substitute
Prepare using ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Peppercorn.
Make Ahead
Mix dip ingredients as directed. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, bake as directed.
Special Extra
To serve this flavorful dip in a bread shell, cut thin slice off top of bread loaf. Remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Reserve removed bread for another use, such as to make croutons or bread crumbs. For added flavor, prepare the bread shell using a loaf of olive bread.
