Prepare as directed, using COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping.
Reduce whipped topping to 2 cups. Prepare gelatin as directed. Beat 1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese and 1/3 cup sugar in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Layer alternating flavors of gelatin cubes and cream cheese mixture into 10 dessert glasses.

I made these as a 4th of July treat, everyone thought they were adorable. Jello an Cool Whip is popular in our house, but these were really special.
I made this on the day of my birthday party and everybody loved it. It was tasty AND affordable!
i used strawberry and island pineapple jello to make this recipe. my kids absolutely loved it and it was so easy to make. definitely a good snack recipe even for adults. i know i will be making this recipe alot during the summer.
