    This was a hit for my husband & I. I did change a few things but not by much. I used *********** long grain wild rice (followed box directions using the microwave method), I added 1 green & red pepper, I added a 1 medium chopped onion. I have ****** your recipe onto others.

    Family and guest loved this recipe!! I added squash (zucchini and yellow), onions and used maybe 3 cups of rice with the ********* vodka sauce and it was amazing!! We even thought about using on buns like a sloppy joe. This recipie made enough for 3 and a child with enough to freeze for another dinner (with my modifications of course).

    This is delicious, we use ground turkey in ours and it is wonderful!! Great stuffed pepper flavor and so easy. Makes great leftovers too!!
