  • Stir in vegetables and rice; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min. Stir before serving.

For extra flavor, add 2 Tbsp. grated gingerroot to skillet along with the chicken.

Substitute

    It was fast and easy! It's not the same as real fried rice, but I thought it came very close.

    Considering how much better for you this version is, it is great!! I do add more soy sauce than it says though.
