  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Dip chicken in flour, then in egg and biscuit crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Meanwhile, bring tomatoes and dressing to boil in skillet on medium heat; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  • Top chicken with cheese; bake 3 to 5 min. or until melted. Serve topped with tomato mixture.
