I will make this again, again and again. There are no fancy ingredients and if dinner gets postponed a day or so, I don't have to worry about the ham spoiling in the refrigerator like with chicken or hamburger.
Fast, easy and so good. It is so rich tasting it is hard to believe it is low fat. I have also tried this recipe with shrimp. Awesome.
