  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Drain liquid from oranges, reserving liquid. Add enough water to reserved liquid to measure 1-1/4 cups: reserve for later use. Arrange apple slices and orange segments on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with dry gelatin mixes.
  • Beat cake mix, eggs, oil, cinnamon, orange zest and reserved liquid in large bowl with mixer until blended; pour over ingredients in baking dish.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 min. Place serving platter over cake; invert cake. Gently remove baking dish. Serve cake warm.

Substitute

Prepare using 1 pkg. (3 oz.) each JELL-O Orange and Lemon Flavor Gelatin.

Special Extra

Add 1/4 cup dried cherries to prepared baking dish along with the apples and oranges.
