  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Arrange pineapple and orange segments on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with dry gelatin mixes; set aside.
  • Prepare cake batter as directed on package, using eggs, oil and water. Spread batter over mixture in pan.
  • Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. on wire rack. Invert cake onto serving platter; gently remove pan. Serve warm.
